Yes of course. It's not even all that tough. First hunt up a replacement. Make sure you have all the gaskets etc. I'd look online Youtube is great for various videos on how to do it. They may even have one for your exact sink. You will probably need a pipe wrench but before you buy one make look to see how much room there is under your sink. A huge pipe wrench may look like a great idea but once your under the sink, in the cabinet trying to clamp around the big nut, well, the space is not all that big. That big wrench is really heavy too.
