Is it best to try a project on my own? Or should I try to hire instead

Or are there circumstances to delay the project? I need to hire some equipment, as I don't have what's needed.

That is a question, I think only you can answer, as we would need more information ...................

Is the project something you can Google to determine if you could do by just following instructions? Would the cost of renting the equipment/materials you need equal the amount you'd need to hire the job done? Have you contacted a "contractor" for an estimate? Without knowing what you want to accomplish, it's very hard to give you an answer.

Depends on what the project is? you don't give enough info... Is it for Electrical Work? Plumbing? Carpentry repairs? What are you trying to do?

Hello, more information is needed as to type of project, are there code requirements for your area (such as if this is electrical will it need to be inspected); do you have the tools and ability (if this involves lifting of a supply such as sheetrock are you able to do so); and most importantly, for me, do you have the time to dedicate to this so it is finished in a reasonable amount of time? As a single female I do many repairs/improvements to my house. My stumbling block is strength and my ability to lift something (such as a ceiling fan and hold in place) while installing.

If you think that you can do it, do it ! You have to have confidence in yourself.
