How can I stop cable wiring from causing vibrating and pounding noises

the local cable company has placed their cables close to my condo bedroom wall, they make a lot of pounding, thumping sounds and electrical pulsing signals also cause my unit electrical wiring to vibrate the walls and floors. Cable co. will not fix, what can I do to reduce this awful situation?
