Clear patio cover

Hey there!
I have a small patio and I need to protect it from the pine trees that make a bit of a mess! I'm searching for a "clear" triangle sun shade, but of course they are sun "shades" so not finding anything clear. I don't have a lot of light in this areavand don't want to block what little light I have coming into the kitchen area slider door.
Ideas on where to look for something like this?

Thank you!

The other problem you will face is that your clear cover will only be clear until the pine mess lands on it.

Would it be possible to put a 'Lean to' type frame up with the corrugated clear panels as a roof, sloping away from the house? That would direct your mess to a certain spot for easier cleaning.

    :)

My parents made one out of heavy duty clear platic from the fabric store. They added grommets and then put up. They just hose it off when it gets dirty. Some plastics might get a little foggy after a while but the sun can still filter through.

    Clear Tarpaulin

    Great ideas guys, thanks!

This is a rented condo, which I should have clarified, so I would not be able to build anything. Although the lean-to does not have to be attached to the structure. Just on a budget so was looking for low-cost.

And I did find clear tarp online, so thought of going that route too.

Thanks again for your feedback, much appreciated!

Hello Tori! I lost you and it's taken me almost an hour to find you again! Sheesh! Anyway, when I was working on my last sentece to you something hapened and HOMETALK disappeared. Now that I have found you again here is the information I was getting ready to send to you:

    http://canopykingpin.com/shade-sails/diy-how-to-make-a-shade-sail/

    and

then when you are ready to clean it off:

and of course you would want to do this in late Autumn because (if you live someplace with high winds, snowy, or icy winters like where I live) you wouldn't want your sail up during the winter ;) Hope this has been of help to you Tori :) Good Luck! and thank you so much for using HOMETALK for help
