Good luck!
First, wear gloves when cleaning the spill. Apply kitty litter to absorb any excess. Leave it on the spot for 5-10 minutes, then sweep it up. Next, make a thick paste out of baking soda and water. Work it into the acid spill with a stiff-bristle brush, then wash the paste off with water. You may have to repeat. It's possible the acid will end up eating a hole in your driveway anyway, in which case you'll need to patch the spot once you finish the clean-up.
Try Baking Soda Mix with water and pour over acid and allow to dry. The Soda will neutralize the acid. This is how to remove the corrosion from the battery posts on your car and it should work just as well on your concrete.
