Put cold water into the inner bucket and pour hot water on the outer one. Cold causes shrinking while heat causes expansion, Repeat with the others it they are still stuck together.

Dawn dish soap...squirt it around each one being as sure as you can to get it inside of the out side of first one and let set a couple minutes then pull...good luck...!
Step on handle of bottom bucket and pull up on top bucket should release

set in the hot sun for 1/2 day, brace bottom bucket with your feet and pull straight up on top bucket.. when storing, place a few folds of newspaper along edge of bucket before nesting the next one, use plastic bags if in moist area..
turn them upside down put them some where its cold the plastics will shrink
