I have used baking soda and vinegar with success, but any time you clean grout, there is some scrubbing involved if you want good results. I sprinkle baking soda over the grout lines, spray with vinegar, let the reaction take place and then scrub the grout lines with a damp cloth. I keep a bucket of water handy to keep rinsing the cloth out. Afterwards, you'll need to mop the whole floor. If it is really bad, some people have even painted their grout lines with acrylic paint to just kind of 'start over' with the grout.
