Why doesn't it say stainless steel only at the beginning ?

You have to read all the way to the bottom to discover this is only for stainless steel. You can't use it on painted surfaces. You might want to put that at the beginning. Thank you.

are you talking about a cleaner or paint?
It was about cleaning the stove top hood with vinegar, Dawn and water. Soaking the screens in a pot then using that liquid to clean the rest of the hood. Thank you.
