Maybe you could make braided throw rugs out of them.
I was thinking make a Plaited Belt. Use the waistband for making a Skirt. Use the Hems as Bag Handles........
I think I would make a skirt / waistbands sewn together ON a waistband hanging in
Somewhat different lengths.Putting buttonholes in an arrangement to please you!
If you're into making fabric grocery bags, use the waist bands for handles. You can open up the seam where it attached to the pants to remove the cut fabric and re-sew it closed for a nice clean finish! Since the waist band is long you could get two nice handles for one bag! Maybe weave a bunch of the waist bands and make pillow covers for outside chairs. You won't feel bad if it gets dirty or wet, and would be easy to just throw into the washer to clean!
I've seen the seams rolled up and stitched together to make cute coasters or hot mats for your table.
