How to get bug dirt and clean windows

I make sure the sun is not on the window.

1-Only if it is really dirty, I wet the window first with a damp cloth (a hose outside),

2- I make a thin paste with cornstarch and water, rub on and let dry.

3- I take a clean lint free cloth and rub/buff off, no rinsing.

It leaves the window streak-free and it shines.

If it is outdoors and you have many windows, use Windex® Outdoor Glass & Patio Concentrated Cleaner with your hose. No drying.

what is bug dirt?

My Mom always used ammonia water to wash and vinegar water to rinse and newspaper to dry. Her windows sparkled when she was done. No fly pooh left, much less dirt and grime.

I would have called it bug crap, as in s...t, slime, tiny footprints. I'll try the

windex product though.

First, take an equal amount of vinegar and water and mix them together in a spray bottle. White distilled vinegar will work best for this. Then, spray the solution on your windows and let it sit for around two to three minutes. Lastly, use a gentle cloth to wipe away the cleaning solution and avoid any streaks.

I use half and half plain white vinegar and water, spray on and wipe with a microfiber cloth.

Wipe your windows after dipping a squeegee into this solution and wringing away any extra liquid. You now have to leave this on your windows for ten to fifteen minutes so that the acetic acid in the vinegar may work its way to remove hard stains, persistent filth, oily smudges, and insect droppings.
