For eastern Washington state, will a freeze kill all infested shrubs?

I have Oreagon Grapes that grow wild. Something is attached and curling the leaves. Will the frost and snow kill daseas? Thank you

    There is a word mangled in your question, but I think it is diseases. You need to pluck off the leaves that are curling and/or have something attached to them. Put the leaves in baggies, seal them, and put them with your garbage, not yard clippings. Your soil may be deficient on phosphorus and potassium. That's about all you can do to treat leaf-roll. After that, it's regrafting and growing new vines. If these grapes are wild, maybe they are more resistant to disease and bugs. Best wishes 😇
