I like lemon oil for wood. I am a cosmetologist and mineral oil is great for removing chlorine from hair. Also if you are on medication before you get a chemical treatment such as a perm or color a mineral oil treatment will remove any build up and your color and perms will have much better results and leave your hair silky and shiny Just make sure you shampoo the mineral oil out well! Always use cool/cold water on the final rinse even for your regular shampo/conditioning to close the hair shaft which will minimize damage. Always shampoo twice and condition! When conditioning start at the ends and work to the scalp.
