I bet it's going to be adorable! Drill a hole in the silverware handles and triple tie the fishing line onto them. Wrap a thin piece of wire around the teapot in a couple of places, maybe including through the spout and handle, and around the lip at the base. Use the fishing line to tie the silverware to the pot. Then use Gorilla Glue for Outdoors or another adhesive, but you have the wire and holes as a secure base, even if the glue melts. Best wishes 😇

Fishing line should hold up fine in the heat. You could use either the wire suggested above, or the fishing line, if clear would blend in easier on the teapot. If you are able to securely tie the fishing line (get someone that makes their own leaders to show the secure knots to use) you may not need glue.

I am not 100% sure, but I think the beads and baubles are tied on the fishing line, not glued on, but I can't swear to it. The silverware is drilled to create a small hole and then hung from the base of the teapots with all manner of shiny things to catch the light. California: months with no rain, 3 digit temperatures, no real wind, never freezing cold. In this case, it wouldn't make a difference. Good luck!
