Take the lid off the tank. Flush the commode and watch. More than likely, the little hose that brings in the water is either aimed in the wrong direction, or the hose is not firmly stuck down the tube. Maybe the chain is loose or the flapper is cracked. The ballbock may be broken or the arm needs adjusting. Every one of these is easy to fix or replaced. Best wishes 😇
You must have a great amount of moisture, this is why it drips. The bathroom may be too warm and the toilet water too cold. Try leaving the bathroom door open when someone takes a shower, if it doesn't interfere with privacy. This should take care of the problem. This is condensation, that is making your toilet sweat. If you have a window in the bathroom, crack it open a bit at the top. Good Luck!

Put bubble wrap inside tank, walls. Or the hard Styrofoam.
