Can I deocupage paper to wood like T. V. table & put lots of layers?

It will be basically waterproof and a whole lot cuter. 😇

Absolutely! The ideas are endless. You can use tissue paper, newspaper, wrapping paper etc. very inexpensive way to change out a room
