You can find all sizes of glass jars with metal lids. Many glass bowls and canisters are available, but few have sealing lids. Maybe you can find some with glass screw-on lids. You can freeze food without plastic if you buy a roll of real butcher paper. Waxed paper and parchment paper are too porous for real storage. You can actually freeze sealed jars of food, but don't put jars in the freezer unless the top inch of space is empty. Liquids expand in the freezer. I hope this helps😇

Along with glass containers, there are lots of options using Stainless Steel. Bees wax paper seals the top of any container or you can safely wrap food in it. It is reuseable.

I always store my items in glass when possible, and save and reuse food jars (applesauce, pickles, mayo, etc.) for shelf storage, fridge and freezer. I especially like to purchase mason jars when I can find them on sale as they last forever.
