If you're counters are durable maybe an oven cleaner , Or even a glass stove cleaner might work? Id test an area first though as oven cleaner is harsh.

Try a magic eraser. I have had success cleaning permanent marker, pencil, crayon, and coffee stains from my countertops using a magic eraser.
A lot depends on what your countertops are made of. Also, greasy and sticky are very different. Please provide a little more information and I will be happy to help. 😁
