Bleach water
I'd use bleach....
I am a vinegar girl. Something creeps me out about using bleach on a food surface, no idea why . . . 🤔 Place some paper towels on the cutting board then soak with vinegar and set out in the sun for an afternoon. Then wash with soap and water. Let dry. Then condition with food grade mineral oil. May take a few applications for it to seep into the wood and be beautiful again.
