Almond oil is your best choice in my opinion.

Depends on what you are using the spray for....if it is a home fragrance spray, you can use distilled water or cheap vodka. If you use a carrier oil for home spray, it may leave a residue or grease stain on fabrics, etc. if you are making a body spray, use almond oil...it is light, fairly scent free, and moisturizes your skin without leaving a greasy feeling.
