Today I will show you how to make a gingerbread man dipped in milk a gingerbread woman candles. These are such great gift ideas so lets get started.
Materials: Soy wax - Micheals, Wick, Crayon, Parchment paper , Jar/cup - Dollar Tree, Cookie cutters - Target
You will need some wax. I'm using soy wax and also a container.
First I filled the container half way and melted the wax using boiling water.

Peel off the paper from crayons and but to parts yellow and one part brown and one part orange which will produce a really nice caramel color it should look very dark but once it dries the color is stunning.

Now take the cookie cutter. Pour the wax from the jar inside the cookie cutter half way. Let it sit for a minute and pour the rest of the wax i after adding a wick

Do the same for the other gingerbread man however I'm not going to add a wick. After they dry slip them out of the cookie cutters, slowly.

Now, glue the wake in the center of the container and estimate how far you want to push the gingerbread man down. Pour wax up to that point.

I melted crayons to add details to the gingerbread man and woman - eyes, a nose, etc.

After first later has cooled down pour a second layer of the milk to make the wick stand of straight put a piece of tape across the top.

Now place the gingerbread man down and rest it on the dried first layer of the milk, with the second layer of wax still in liquid form

Watch the video below to see what I did from beginning to end.
