Metal front door is not straight (maybe jamb?). How to fix?

I can see daylight at bottom between exterior metal door and jamb on the latch side. Hinge side seems to be straight. I am not very adapt at measuring or using a level, but both jamb and door seemed to be level when I tested.icon

Use a sticky backed Draught Strip......

  • You just need new weather stripping. Reframing a door is a procedure and best done by someone that does it for a living.

You need to put a level on the framing. Put on inside and front. If it's all square, you may be able to put a shim under the bottom hing. A shim between door and hinge would kick the bottom over. Be very careful. Just a small shim. Easy fix would be to put a rubber gasket on frame where the gap is.

Not sure but it could be the footboard (bottom of door frame) they get the most wear and tear. Is it squared everywhere else ( no light except for that one spot) ? Can you show us a picture?
