I have corrigated window wells that are rusting out.

The window wells are 84 inches high and I need to replace them. So far I have not been able to find anyone who can replace them. Meanwhile I have been wondering if I can use concrete blocks, like the ones they use in retaining walls, that would be an easier and more permanent fix .

Thank you, but black won't work. The window wells are for egress from bedrooms and the black would make the bedrooms way too dark. Perhaps the Black Magic can be painted over with a lighter color?
But I really would like a more permanent solution to the wells. They are so deep that if further rusting from the back of the wells would take place the wells could collapse and send a lot of dirt into the house through the windows.

You need a contractor. It is labor intensive. I agree, using concrete blocks would be better.
