How do I get rid of pigions roosting under my solar panel on roof

If possible, wrap black fiberglass window screen mesh (available at big box and hardware/building supply stores in a range of prices) around the open space.

If adding screen something that is light and shiny and blows with the wind might spook them enough to move them along.

Tack strips! My son used them on his window sills in NY.

My son got them at the hardware store. But that's NYC! I'd check Home Depot or Lowe's or local hardware, or google.

I big plastic owl, or tie pieces of holographic tape to the struts that hold the panel up so they blow in the wind.

Hang old cd's from them with fishing line. They move when the wind blows or when something touches them and are reflective.

Attach aluminum flashing around the panel. It takes a little time but you won't have to go back on the roof to replace CDs or holographic tape.

There is a product made that has prickers on it. You fasten it down and they cannot land. They use this for commercial buildings in cities. Also a fake owl. A fake hawk.
