Is there a way to makeover a kitchen tile floor ?

I have old 12x 12 tiles in kitchen but can't afford to do new floor at this time

I'm in the same boat. I researched it and found that there is paint you can use to redo your tiles. I'm redoing my kitchen and so far I have painted my cabinets. I am going to paint my counter top awith a special kind of paint and then I am going to paint my back splash and floor tiles. Just google painting floor tiles.
I've seen other Hometalker's post about using chalk paint on tile floors, and also stenciling a pattern. Not sure if that is the look you're interested in. I haven't tried either, but loved the look they created. Good Luck.
