I have a white Rubbermaid love seat in front of my garage. My daughter found it at the street by a house and brought it home. It looked like it had never been cleaned. I used and orange oxi solution I found at Home depot that was cheap but really effective on the water marks on the boat we were restoring that sat in the water a lot. If a Mr. Clean heavy duty and the liquid cleaned that off, I figured I would try it on the love seat. It now is back to what it probably looked like when it was new.

I use good old baking soda and a scrubby sponge. I make a paste of baking soda and water, let it sit (especially along the creases/lines of the plastic), and then scrub and rinse.
