  • Any eyewear provider can replace for you for a couple dollars. They also sell in packages and you can do yourself. I replace mine all the time.

Try a toothbrush or Qtip with soap and water

I use the soap and water and a toothbrush and use a needle or toothpick to get in the small edges the toothbrush may miss.

Dental floss picks work to get into tight spaces, and don't scratch your glasses, plus all the other methods mentioned! When the pads get old and discolored, my optician replaces them at no charge.

The best thing I have used is a WATER PICK machine. you can use it to get in those tiny areas. (It's a dental water pick)

Try toothpaste with a toothbrush. If that doesn't work, go to your optician and ask him to change them. New silicon pads are softer and more comfortable anyway.
