Use Food Grade Diatomaceous Earth. DE can be found in any farm store. Use it heavily around the baseboards. Works well.

I use diatomaceous earth to get rid of ants and ticks. It is a organic product made from crushed coral and shells. When the ants come in contact it cuts them causing them to dehydrate and then die. I would sprinkle it around the yard and sun porch and then put it around in the sun porch. Leave it out for a few days on the sun porch and then sweep it to the base boards. Leave that for a few more days then you can vacuum it up.
