Helli Sandusky! Bona products are very reliable for floors, ranging from hardwood to laminate and tile. After mopping your tile floor, use Bona's High-Gloss Stone, Tile, and Laminate floor polish! It can be found anywhere floor cleaning products are sold and online.

Bona products are not for tile Would you consider covering it or painting the tile
Try using a tile Sealant
It might be possible that your flooring has a matte finish and is not supposed to be shiny. Most newer floors don't have a glossy shine.....If it did have a shine originally, you should try to strip all cleaning and wax products off of the floor before trying to refinish it again.
