What can I use to give a permminent shine to a bathroom tile floor?

It is almost white with random small spots, but will not keep a shine. I am sick of this floor, it always looks dirty two days after wash and wax. I am the only one in the household.

Try using a tile Sealant
It might be possible that your flooring has a matte finish and is not supposed to be shiny. Most newer floors don't have a glossy shine.....If it did have a shine originally, you should try to strip all cleaning and wax products off of the floor before trying to refinish it again.
