Do Arborvarti trees make a good mulch for garden vegetables??

    I don't think so, not for garden vegetables. Arborvitae are related to the cedar genus and would be an excellent soil amendment for acid-loving plants which include oak, blueberry, azalea/rhododendron, holly, other conifers, etc. That being said, I would let the arborvitae weather for at least 6 months before using it as a mulch for said acid-loving plants.
