You can get knobs and handles at places like Hobby Lobby, or Target. You can also find them at antique stores, thrift stores or online.
I assume you're trying to match the old handles rather than simply purchase a new style, though if I'm wrong, you should be able to find new cabinet hardware at almost any hardware store. (I know your dressing table isn't exactly a cabinet, but that's the aisle where you'll find drawer pulls.)
It depends how old your dressing table is. If it's REALLY old, you may not be able to find a match, especially if the hardware was hand-forged. But you could try Ebay, and this site sells antique original hardware: http://www.robinsonsantiques.com/antique_hardware1.htm
Check flea markets, antique store, or surplus supply stores! Some of my favorites have come from those places!
Look at rummage sales, or into a lumber store. Take a pic with you, for the type you want, so you won't forget, or get the wrong ones, when you are in the store, looking around. This is easy to do. Best wishes, J.
Check local Restore stores which might have a selection of used handles.
