Your farmer's almanac will have best days. However, I take seeds or pecans etc . If you want to keep the different seeds together fill a large container with good drainage at the bottom fill with leaves about 1/4 deep, then fill with good soil to 3/4 full, lay place seeds with tops up, cover with two to three inches soil. Water once, and let mother nature do the rest when they come up dig up plant and roots with some of the dirt and transplant in hole make sure your plant is at the same depth as before, water every other day for about a week until it takes hold then as needed. I started 125 pecans last year this way and several peach and avacado seeds. We have several plants this way and are very healthy. Any seed you get can be planted, fruit tree's in general can span as much as thirty feet across so beware of your space.
I would plant them in the fall, and then place leaves in a pail, and then put bricks on the pail, to keep the pail on for winter. Do NOT remove until May, or June, when it gets warmer. Leave the leaves around it, and nature will cause those leaves to clear away by itself, as it gets warmer. Do not rush it, it will do fine. Make sure the soil you plant this in, is good rich soil, like Violet Soil. This is excellent soil to use anywhere. Best wishes, J.
Fall is best and plant them before the frost
