INSTEAD OF PUTTING THEM UNDER THE TOILET. DON'T WANT THE TOILET TO BREAK THE TILE AND REALLY DON'T WANT TO REMOVE THE TOILET TO INSTALL THE FLOORING.

I don't see why not as long as you keep the area clean and dry.

If you don't remove the toilet to put the tile under it, it will make the toilet shorter! it won't break it if the toilet is over it! It's better to remove the toilet and lay the tile or flooring!

Agree with Juanita's take AND, when the toilet needs to be replaced, you won't be able to get it out without damaging the surrounding tiles which could make you have to replace the entire floor. Taking out the toilet is not difficult! All you need to do is purchase a new wax ring when you put it back in place.

Even better than a wax ring is the Sani-seal.

I wouldn't, the crud that would go down there is unthinkable. If the toilet has been there more than 10 years it maybe in need for a new wax ring anyway.

You will be without a toilet in that room for about a day. You don't need to do the whole room just complete under the toilet, pop in a new wax ring, screw it down & finish the rest of the bath floor. Youtube.com has great tutorials.

You can, but it's not a good choice long term. You don't want to seal your toilet into the floor. Trust us and buy a new wax ring and do it right.
