How do you prepare roses for the snow in Washington?

    One good way to keep outdoor roses is to mulch them heavily, then wrap the whole bush in several yards of burlap. If you are in the snow zone, wrap the bottom half in a few yards of sheet plastic over the burlap. If a blizzard is coming, add plastic sheeting around the top half, too. Best wishes 😇
