It made them feel like they were at the waffle house, sitting at the counter behind the sink. so we came up with this faux bar concept. We had to color match the original stone , so that
it would look like it was there from the beginning. It turned out really well and we have installed several others in the same complex. Just goes to prove there is a solution to most problems. In this case it was a "Stone Solution".

We had to give them enough room for a place mat , while leaving room for the faucet to
function. That was the reason for the funky shape.Matching the color was the biggest challenge , but we were able to pull it off.
I have a client looking for a good price on a 22"x45" granite counter top with a white porcelain sink....ideas? Tried craigslist without much success and several of my sources are sadly out of business!

if you can find something in the remnant row , you can get something for around $350 ,
was trying to steer her away from Granite tops.He told her that you could not sit a hot cup of coffee down on Granite without destroying it. My 1st question to the customer was , what is
the coffee cup made of. The customer then realized how rediculous the sales persons claims were. If you have any questions about Granite , Marble , or any surface, please contact me ,I will be happy to answer them.

Don't be afraid to ask questions or make someone prove their claims.
Remember three things. Number one ,Granite does not wear out ,you will have to live with it for a long time so it has to be to your liking.Number two , you are paying for it ,not your sales person , so make sure what you are getting.Number three , ENJOY IT.
Check out my album of "bonus rooms" it's that one spare room in the house that can be used for just about anything! The question is, if you could transform your spare room into any of these, which one you choose?
damaging the cabinets in my 41 year old house. Is it possible to put granite on top of the existing counters?

Most tops can be removed .Some require more effort than others , but our installers are great
at removing old tops. As far as the cabinets , if they are 41 years old they are probably in better shape than you think. Most likely , they are made of real wood. I can come out , free of charge to give you an estimate on the new tops , and take alook at the possibility of removing the old tops. Yes , you heard right , free of charge.Let me know if I can help.
