How do i white wash a small milk crate ?

    What type of material is the crate? A wood crate could be painted with a watered down white paint to get the whitewash look. If it's plastic, I think you would need to use a paint meant for that.

    Start by sanding down the crate using a small piece of sandpaper then mix together some white emulsion paint and some water, quite a lot of water. Make it quite watery at first because you can always build it up if you want o. Apply the mixture with a brush in small sections and then rub it in using a sponge. (I tried using a rag but didn’t like the finish as much as I did with a sponge). I did this all over working a section at a time. After the first coat dried I did it all over again for a second coat. Do until you have reached to look you are going for.

    MOSTLY WATER THAN PAINT LESS WATER MORE PAINT IT DEPENDS ON YOUR LOOK THAT YOU WANT TO HAVE OR SPRAY PAINT FROM DISTANCE IT WILL GIVE YOU A DIFFERENT AFFECT GOOD LUCK ON YOUR PROJECT
