Try washing it down with vinegar. Do it in an inconspicuous spot first to test it out.

Vinegar kills most mold and mildews.

    I hope that helps

Make sure you condition it with a good leather conditioner when you are done cleaning it. I would recommend Lexol brand leather cleaner and Lexol leather conditioner last. I will give it raves in review of their products. I kept the interior of my '94 Cutlass convertible looking like new with that and the Lexol vinyl products, even the convertible top. There is one Armor All product I would recommend to get the surface mold off as the first step, It is called multipurpose. It cleans car interiors, even the carpet of our cars of all the dirt and grime. It isn't always easy to find. A lot of at parts stores do carry it. A few places like Menards do carry it. Do not use the regular Armor all on your car, it is actually hard on leather and vinyl as it dries it out bad. Good luck cleaning it up, I know you can do it!
