I don't believe it can be. It can be scraped off and never worry about what to do with it again. I believe if you spray it till damp and then scrape with a blade.
How do I handle yellowing on my popcorn ceiling above my double self cleaning built in ovens. I applied stain, the stuff to cover ceilng spots and it only looks yellowed as well. Can you help and how can I avoid.....I am assuming that it is the intense heat from the oven.
I used a Clorox and water mix On some water stains from storm leaks. I'm sorry I don't remember the amounts; it was a long time ago. Put your mix in a spray bottle and lightly spray your ceiling. Just don't saturate it or it could fall apart like Wet blobs. Let dry and the stain should be gone. If you need to retreat let it dry completely between applications.
Every time I clean my mirrors, they end up having tons of streaks and almost look worse than before I started. What could I use to clean them that won't leave streaks...

There are several metallic stains and other stains that bleach and lime remover don't remove. Part of the ceramic coat is gone! Any help, please. I'm sure my landlord...

You can dust it. If it's stained, you can paint it.
If you want to remove the ceiling, you need to have it tested for asbestos first.
