wet towels dust mitten sweep with broom
vinegar and water mixed in a spray bottle works great or use a clean mop head and lightly spray with the mixture and just go along the baseboards if they are really dirty with a build up of hairspray, wax, etc. use Fantasik spray diluted
I use a thick wide paint brush to dust my baseboards. Then I clean them with a liquid product called Jubilee Kitchen Wax. It cleans, shines and protects. I could only find it on line at Amazon. My aunt used to use it on her baseboards, doors and trim and it looked great.
