The inside can be reglazed with Rustoleum Epoxy paint made for reglazing tubs. The outside of the tub, if you want to paint that, can be painted with any good acrylic or oil-based paint.

If you want a longevity, have it professionally restored, depending on your skill level and tool inventory you could use one of the DIY kits and do it yourself.

OH... don't forget to remove the plug on the side if you have a dishwasher... otherwise your DW won't drain... (been there and done it)

I have not read many A plus recommendations on diy deglaze. In my opinion, a claw foot tub is a piece of beauty, I’d have it done professionally. It really isn’t all that expensive, get some quotes! Outside, scrub it, use a wire brush to get rid of rust. Prime and paint!
