    I get my panels at Tractor Supply and they are kind enough to cut them with their big wire cutters. I just make sure I know what I want before I get there to save time and they have been very nice.

    Make sure the cattle panels are secure. If they pop out the edges where they are cut will cut very badly.

      @Margaret Dick I'm planning to use cattle panels as arches, and grow as many vining vegetables I can find. Securing the ends, has been a bit of a question mark for me, having never done this before. I saw one example where the gardener had boxes made
