Try Neem insecticidal soap or Neem garden pest ! Lowes carry Neem garden products & it is organic & comes in a variety methods of application !
Are they still alive? If alive, I'd spray again. If they are just hanging on, I'd use a mild pressure wash (finger over the end of the hose to make a spray).
I do the same as Dee (Walnut Creek, CA) ... using a Q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Pour some rubbing alcohol in a dish so that you aren’t transferring any unwanted bugs into your bottle of alcohol when done - then pour the “used” alcohol (that has the aphids) down the toilet. You have to be diligent as you will probably miss a few of the aphids but it works! Remain on top of the problem by inspecting your plant(s) every few weeks. I’ve tried many insecticidal soaps and never had any luck with them at all! Keep the Peace Lily away from any other plants, if possible, to avoid any further contamination.
Ladybugs eat aphids.
Diatomaceous earth. Non toxic. I buy food grade.
at a plant nursery, there are sticky papers that kill the aphids. you put these sticky
papers in next to the plant.
