Typically, moles are attracted to a yard that has grub worms. That is one of their main sources of food. I would recommend checking your yard to see if you have grubs, and if so, treat your yard to kill the grubs. Once the grubs are gone, the moles will go away as well.

Tough to get rid of them. Some go away if ammonia is poured down their holes, but you must pour it down every hole at the same time, allowing the fumes to spread and do this for 3 days. So buy gallons of it.

Remember there is just one mole. They are solitary animals and will fight to the death if another invades their territory. But another one will invade old holes if the first one dies.

So setting a trap is the best way to be sure you keep they at bay.

If you have large fowl on your property or visiting fowl, they will catch the moles and eat them. Herons, some geese, owls or any large bird.
