Basically, you combine dry and filler material (interesting wood curls, acorns, pinecones, seashells, etc) with scented items like lavender, eucalyptus, rosemary, rose petals, spices or scented oils. Use a combination of dried flowers, and herbs to get the scent combination you like. You can also add additional scent by using fragrance oils or essential oils to your mixture. Toss everything together and allow it to all dry completely before putting into a decorative container.
