Office Cabinet Make-over
We bought this old thing at a yard sale for $10. It's a very heavy, solid piece with nice storage inside, but it had seen better days and was just dark, dark, dark. I used home-made chalk paint and a graphic from thegraphicsfairy.com. After much research and a couple failed attempts, I used the carbon paper transfer technique and hand-painted the graphic. Now, I like doing the detail work, but if you don't, then maybe another method would work better for you. I see some things I would do differently next time, but I'm happy with my first one.
