Use them like cannisters. just make a pretty scrap cloth with ribbon top to customize.

  • My vase collection lives in my garage in boxes as my house is small and no other place to store them. I wrap in old dish towel then in bubble wrap and place in a box that is easily accesssible. My girlfriend has a huge pantry and she has all of hers in a section just for vases. Just find a location where you can keep them all together yet within easy reach when you need them.

be sure they are spotlessly clean and dry; wrap as if for 'moving' and pack in cardboard boxes -- I use plain newspaper for wadding up and stuffing inside as rolling the vase - tucking into the top and folding the bottom -- much like making a 'wrap' to eat!

I have this problem, too. For those vases of the same color, I had my husband put two shelves high up on the den wall, side by side. They're shallow shelves but each is four feet long. Now, they are shown off - and used whenever I need one.

Often we have more than we can display, so a bookshelf in a closet is great. Make sure they are clean, of course, and if the balance is right, store them upside down so they stay clean. I love Jeannie's suggestion, though. Making use of them is great!

A curio cabinet with all the different vases would be pretty or above a ledge or a top of your cupboards??

a shallow bookcase, or the top of a 'hutch' style china cabinet would be a quick solution, but If you are going to display them? I would build simple shelves out of 6 or 8" boards, and paint them to match the walls.
