some thing is thawing out. A thermostat got jostled,....take everything out and put in coolers.defrost. Use a hair dryer if needed To help the thaw. If the thermostat gets frosted over it's not reading correctly.
if it is leaking out of the door the drain under the crispers may be clogged take out crispers use a turkey baster to force water through to open it up
