Has anyone marbled candle with nail polish ? and light it up ?

The solvent in most nail polish evaporates when dry. However, what is left behind is a bit of colorant and a bit of plastic and other ingredients that might not be so pleasant when aflame. I would probably put a bit of polish on a piece of paper, let it dry and then set a match to it.

Roxaneg has a good point to test the flamability first with the wax, before proceeding with the complet project.
From a safety point, I would use a colorant that is meant for the purpose.
I wouldn't. Burning nail polish probably lets off toxic fumes. Removing plain candle smudge is bad enough.
