I'm not good at decorating at all. I'm so glad for This site. It for my master bedroom. I like things like old farm house or anything.
How can I decorate a very plain bathroom?

Need some advice on decorating my bathroom. Something to hang on the wall things like that. It will be painted in pelican gray.

Any kind of wall art that you like will be good in your bedroom or bathroom (you said both so I'm not sure which it is.) If you have room in the bedroom, it's always nice to have a chair with an afghan draped over it or pillows that accent your room. If you can fit a small table with a reading lamp next to it, you can create a reading corner for relaxing 'me' time. On the wall, I'd choose something large & dramatic as a focal point. Put a vase of flowers, fresh or faux on your dresser. If you know how to use google.com or bing.com, do a search for ' bedroom decorating ideas ' then click on images at the top. This will bring up a lot of ideas of what other people have done and you may find something that you love.

If you have a small child, take off your shoe and the child's shoe. Cross the child's foot over yours. Take a picture and have it framed. It's so cute in a bathroom.
Measure the open wall space you have to work with so that whatever you use will be balanced. To make a group of things you have at home lay the items on a table. Larger pieces at bottom smaller items sides and top. Some can be painted to match your paint by using darker colors. Or go big do a big frame paint it the color of your baseboard trim and paint old picture frames baseboard color put funny family pic memories mixed with your favorite sayings like. Lifes a. đŸŒ´ beach. You dont have to be a designer. Just grab a paint brush and use what you have paint things to compliment. A beautiful light fixture is a must. Habitat for humanity is one of my favorite stores. You can find so many things to repurpose. Candlesticks are always a nice touch. You can find loads of things to use at Habitat. Happy Hunting!
You can also "decorate" with paint! We painted our master bathroom in 3 different colors -- a darker blue on the bottom, a thinnish stripe of cream, then topped with a light blue. It breaks up the monotony of the walls without having to hang stuff all over them.
