How to make my own lazy Susan.

I wish to paint my garden pots and thought it would help a great deal to be able to turn without to much trouble in handling them.

Many kitchen stores sell lazy Susans for the price you'd pay to make one. I bought a wooden one for the kitchen from Ikea that is large enough and cheap enough (under $20) that works beautifully and I don't care if it gets messed up in my workshop.
I use a piece of PVC about 1 inch taller than the pot, place the pot over the PVC, albeit upside down and paint/spin to my heart's content. For smaller pots, I use old Pringles containers. Hope this helps!
you can buy the turning base part at Home Depot and attach to the bottoms
just buy one of the plastic ones. They're about $7.
