Hello! Here is a suggestion for removing stuck-on decals from your bathtub:

Put some paper towels soaked in Goo Gone or WD40 over the decals. Let them sit for a while to soften the decals and adhesive. Use something plastic like a credit card to scrape them off. Then use Goo Gone or WD40 to remove any adhesive residue.

If you get the decals off, invest in a good plastic mat with suction cups. I bought a clear one from Bed, Bath and Beyond for about $15.00. It's machine washable and has lasted at least 8 years. I did the decal thing back in the 70s and what a mess.
I would put water in the tub, let stand over-nite, and then peal the sticker back. Remember, these are put on with a pasty-sealer, so you may want to read the back of the package, when you go to a store that has these. Another way, in the water, use a straight edge blade, for this may help you. Best wishes, J.
